Staff training is aimed at supporting the realisation of the objectives, projects and strategic choices of the University of Cagliari.
Planned on the basis of a careful analysis of training needs, constantly monitored and evaluated, training activities must contribute both to the development of technical, specialised and transversal skills, and to the creation of working well-being, as well as the consolidation of a new culture based on results, the quality of performance and services rendered to users.
