The University of Cagliari defines policies and objectives for Research Quality in strategic programming documents.
These policies are adopted by the individual departments, which articulate them into their own research strategies through the adoption of three-year plans. These documents are divided into objectives and actions to be implemented in order to achieve the planned objectives and thus contribute to the achievement of those envisaged at the university level.
The actions undertaken and the results achieved shall be continuously monitored, in order to collect information and data useful for measuring performance levels and to define possible improvement actions.
