The Board of Directors (BoD) is the governing body that implements the strategic direction of the University through the planning and control of administrative, economic, and patrimonial activities.
In particular, the Board of Directors supervises the financial sustainability of the activities of the University and the efficiency and effectiveness of the management; it decides on the budget and the operating budget, the three-year staffing needs document and the University’s annual and multiannual programming documents setting out the objectives and policy guidelines for teaching, research and staff recruitment, services to students and relations with the territory.
