It carries out advisory and control activities concerning the implementation of and compliance with the provisions of the code of ethics.

Code of Ethics 

Conceived as a guide for all members of the academic community, the Code of Ethics establishes rules of conduct based on the recognition and respect of individual rights and the acceptance of duties and responsibilities towards the university institution.

The University of Cagliari's code of ethics was issued by Rector's Decree 924 of 14 July 2009. Subsequently named the Code of Ethics with the issuance of Rector's Decree 462 of 7 June 2010, to bring it into line with national legislation and the University Statute, it was further amended by Rector's Decree no. 1 of 3 October 2016.
