The Public Relations Office (URP) is the service set up to manage relations with users, to guarantee the rights of information, access and participation, but also to facilitate the use of the services offered and verify their quality.

More specifically, the URP is responsible for
- providing general information on the activities and services provided by the University
- collecting suggestions and proposals
- handling complaints and reports of any inefficiencies

How to contact the URP of the University of Cagliari

It is possible to contact the service through the telematic counter, by sending requests and reports to urp@unica.it;

For all types of users: specify the subject of the request, name, surname and telephone number.

For students: also specify matriculation number, degree course and year of enrolment.
