This section contains documents, information and data concerning the organisation and activities of the University of Cagliari, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 33/2013 and detailed in Annex C to the Three-year Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Transparency.

All documents, information and data subject to compulsory publication pursuant to the regulations in force are public and anyone has the right to know them, to use and re-use them free of charge without any restrictions other than the obligation to cite the source and to respect their integrity.

Published personal data are re-usable only under the conditions provided for by the current legislation on the re-use of public data (Community Directive 2003/98/EC and Legislative Decree 36/2006 transposing the same), in terms compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and recorded, and in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
