The Employment Counselling area offers various services to increase job placement opportunities for undergraduates and graduates of the University of Cagliari, thus facilitating the matching of job supply and demand:
- accompaniment in the definition of the professional objective
- advice on drafting and revising CVs and cover letters;
- support in preparing for selection interviews;
- labour supply and demand matching service: through the AlmaLaurea portal, undergraduates and graduates can be contacted directly by companies and send their applications in response to published advertisements;
- information and training activities on job placement opportunities;
- meeting days with companies: initiatives dedicated to the selection of graduates or the illustration of new professional opportunities;
- extracurricular traineeships: within twelve months of obtaining their degree, graduates can activate training and orientation traineeships, in agreement with the university;
- university career days: the main opportunity for Cagliari University graduates to meet with companies.
