All documents, information, and data subject to mandatory publication under current regulations are public, and anyone has the right to access them and use and reuse them free of charge and without further restrictions, except for the obligation to cite the source and respect their integrity.

Published personal data can only be reused under the conditions provided by current regulations on the reuse of public data (Community Directive 2003/98/EC and Legislative Decree 36/2006 implementing the same), in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and recorded, and in compliance with regulations on the protection of personal data.
