European Digital UniverCity EDUC

The Alliance of which the University of Cagliari is a member with the funding of the ''European Digital UniverCity'' (EDUC) project, co-funded by the European Erasmus + Programme, has as its main objective to promote new models of physical and virtual mobility of students, professors and staff, to foster joint research projects and to tackle societal challenges in an innovative and multidisciplinary manner.

The ''European Digital UniverCity'' (EDUC) project, coordinated by the University of Potsdam (Germany), in addition to the University of Cagliari, also involves the universities of Paris-Nanterre, Rennes 1 (France), Masaryk (Brno, Czech Republic), Pecs (Hungary); Jaume I University (Spain) and South-Eastern Norway (Norway);

The European Commission's 'European Universities' initiative aims to create transnational alliances between universities, developing long-term strategic cooperation.
