The University of Cagliari supports the presentation of research projects based on the programmes of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia, in application of the regional law n. 7/2007.
In order to promote scientific research and technological innovation in Sardinia, the following funds are provided:
• funding for fundamental or basic research;
• funding for basic research geared to specific themes of close regional interest (s.c. Tender);
• rewards useful to stimulate a virtuous competitiveness among researchers and increase the quality of Sardinian universities;
• contributions for open access publications.
