Specialisation Schools are teaching facilities that deliver the relevant Specialisation Courses, which are courses of study in the third cycle of university studies. At the end of the course, the Specialisation Diploma is awarded.
The Specialisation Schools and State Examinations Area Office, which is part of the Post-graduate Secretarial Office, is responsible for the following activities
- Tenders for admission to Post-graduate Schools;
- Enrolment in Specialisation Schools;
- Management of contracts for Doctors in Specialised Training (MIF);
- Management of examinations and Diploma sessions;
- Management of examination and Diploma certificates;
- Outgoing transfers to other Universities;
- Incoming transfers from other Universities;
- Management of leaves of absence, excused absences, maternity protection etc.
Users interested in collecting parchments or certificates must make a specific request in advance by writing to the office e-mail address (in the case of specialisation parchments or certificates). The office will reply from the same e-mail address providing the date, time and method for collecting them.
