Cristina Cabras is Associate Professor of Social Psychology, Organisations and Work, she also teaches Criminal Psychology and Forensics and Social Psychology in the Psychology courses of the University of Cagliari. Her current research interests include gender differences, sexual objectification, coping strategies and the relationship with forgiveness in adolescents and adults, risk factors on social exclusion, risk assessment of relapse, psychopathy and relapse, the process of gender victimisation, the criminological treatment of prisoners and the strategies and techniques of negotiation and mediation.

Since 2014, she has directed the Master in Gender Equality at the University of Cagliari. She’s also scientific coordinator of several national projects: from 2005 to 2011 she was director of UniCa’s master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and Criminology. A member of national and international academic committees (Apa, Spsp, Aip, Esc, Sio), in addition to numerous scientific publications, she participated in the organisation of conferences and conventions at regional and national level in the capacity of scientific coordinator, member of the scientific committee, member of the organising committee.
